The concept behind The Information Sea was inspired by the book “The Time Ships” by Stephen Baxter. In the story Nebogipfel and the Time traveler go to the far future and end up meeting the universal constructors, who communicate with each other through the information sea. The book was written back in the mid-nineties, and Baxter was a visionary, as today we have our own “information sea” to share our knowledge. But as any other technology, it can be used for good or evil, and it’s our mission to use it in order to benefit other people, and then receive benefits as well.
This compilation (and many others) are electronically shared through the world wide web, and contains the latest productions of the deep Brazil, with two special guests from Europe. The majority of the tracks on this compilation were produced by Amazonian artists– Fxor, Samauma, Dark River, Gates of Mordor and the newcomer Forbidden Plant with an astonishing track; plus Psychoz and Jar Jar Binks as the special guests. The bpm range is 144 to 162 of pure dark psychedelic music, bringing new grooves from artists that couldn’t be available if it weren’t for the Information Sea.
